The other problem is due to numerous last-minute cancellations and no-shows without notice, we have made the decision to only accept advance bookings with a maximum lead time of two weeks. For bookings longer than 2 weeks we need 100% payment to secure the reservation. If something happens you can’t make it, please give us at least 24 hours' notice, and we will refund the fees. For a cancellation made within 24hrs, we have to charge 100% fees.
